TRADE TERMS

The Terms of Trade is the conditions under which we do business with you. Basically, they are the contract between us. We have made it clearer and more comprehensive which makes business smoother for both of us.

(1)Payment

We would like to have Telegraphic Transfer remittance in advance before shipment. We can only accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). We will arrange vehicle and prompt shipment along with all the necessary documentation after confirmation of the deposit by Telegraphic Transfer at our bank. This is the easiest way of payment for both of us. Basically money payment in advance 100% is the fixed rule for this industry. All business trade in Japan used car markets is normally under 100% payment in advance. Please understand and trust us in order to make quick and smooth agreement. If the payment takes longer than 72 hours, please inform us by e-mail, fax or call.

(2)Shipping

Basically we will ship the vehicle by the first available ship after receiving the full amounts.

(3)Trade Terms

FOB price

Vehicle cost + Port Charge + Custom Clearance + Shipping charge, not including Freight

This price is included Transport charge to the port of Yokohama and Handling charge for Export Shipping （Japanese custom clearance, other legal fees） and our commission. Not included Freight charge.

C&F price

FOB + Freight

CIF price

FOB + Freight + Insurance

This price is included Transport charge to the port of Yokohama.Handling Charge for Export Shipping (Japanese custom clearance, other legal fees） and our commission, and Freight charge to the port you designate. If you use this term, please let us know which port you want to use, and then we will arrange shipping to your port.

(4)Importing restriction

Each country has different import restrictions. Depending on the country, you may not be able to import some car models. You need to check your country’s registration laws. We have no responsibility if your car is rejected or other fees are charged in your country.

(5)Governing Law

This contract shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Japan .

1.REGULATION

We do not know the import regulation of your country. We cannot offer advice on the method you use to acquire a car or introduce you to a car dealer. Depending on the country, you may not be able to import some cars or models. You need to check your country’s registration laws before you begin the purchasing process.

2.CANCELLATION

After purchase, Cancellation is not accepted. If you have any possibility of cancellation, You must notify us before purchase.

3.SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS

Once we confirm your payment, we proceed to arranging the your car and book the first available vessel going to your port. Once the booking is complete, we will inform you of the booking details by email.

4.CURRENCY

We are able to accept most of Currency, but our basic trade Currencies are U.S.Dollar, Euro, U.K. Pound, Japanese Yen. Please tell your request to our sales representative.

5.DOCUMENT

After 3 or 4 days the vessel leaves Japanese port,We will send you the following documents as soon as by air for EMS(Express Mail Service).

a.Original Bill of Lading

b.The Invoice

c.Temporary Export De-registration Certificate / Export Certificate

6.INSPECTION

If the customer requests, all the cars can be inspected by JAAI (Japan Auto Appraisal Institute; Private auto inspect institute) before shipping, though it's for quality control only.

7.COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGE

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure upon fulfillments of all or part of this contract directly or in directly owing to any cause or circumstance beyond the control of us, the seller, including act of God, war, warlike conditions, hostilities, revolution, riot, governmental order or restriction, strike, lockout, or other dispute.

8.GRADING STANDARD (CAR GRADING SYSTEM)

OVERALL GRADE (almost all auctions)Basically, the higher the grade, the higher the price, however, the price depends on not only the grade. Such factors as mileage, options, the number of demand at that day may affect the price. If you would like to order a good quality vehicle, we strongly suggest you to order one with grade 4 or higher.

Grade 8 or 6	Vehicle is as good as the new one.
Grade 5	Excellent condition. Vehicle is in Excellent condition, less than 10,000kms and less than 3 years.
Grade 4.5	Vehicle is in excellent condition. No slight scratches or dents.
Grade 4	Very good condition. Vehicle is in very good condition, a few scratches/dents due to normal wear as you would get with any normal vehicle.
Grade 3.5	Vehicle is similar to Grade 4, but may need even more paint and panel, or it has high kms, very few cars are given grade 4 if they are over 100,000kms.
Grade 3	Good condition. Vehicle has either serious paint and panel or a panel replacement somewhere. If it is the latter, it is often a good buy.
Grade 2	Rough condition. There may be some unsightly scratches and dents.Interior may require a full valet.　Engine will require a good tune-up or may require repairs.
Grade 1	Damaged condition. Vehicle is in accident damaged condition.Repairs will be required to exterior, and maybe engine/interior.
Grade RA	Vehicle has been in MINOR accident. It has been repaired to an acceptable standard.
Grade R or A	Vehicle which has been in an accident. Some parts have been repaired or replaced.
Grade 0	Damaged condition. Vehicle is in accident damaged condition. Repairs will be required to exterior, and maybe engine/interior.

9.INSPECTION STANDARD (CAR MAP)

Car maps differ slightly between auctions. Please ask if you are not sure of a letter or symbol. The number after the letter denotes the severity of the damage. 1 = light, 2 = moderate, 3 = significant , 4 = major
