GENERAL

1.What should I do to place an order?

Please contact us by email and ask us any questions you may have until you are 100% clear about vehicles and purchasing process. We are more than happy to answer your questions. Then, you may want to place an order by email, phone or fax. Please note that our company is located in Japan and there is a chance that nobody is at the office. So sometimes confirming by email may be even faster than confirming by fax.

2.Can I buy a car as a private car buyer?

Yes, but we don't know the law of your country regarding this. You need to check your country's registration laws before you begin the purchasing process. We cannot offer advice on the method you use to acquire a car or introduce you to a car dealer.

3.Can I buy a cars?

Yes, you can. Please click "ENQUIRY FORM " on page, and send us email.

4. Do you give any warranty on the cars?

No, we do not give any warranty on our cars. but we disclose any interior/exterior damage, repair history, the distance the car has been driven, etc.We report this information in accordance with Japanese auction level reporting, so you can understand the condition of the vehicle you are buying.
Used vehicles in Japan are usually excellent quality condition, however you may arrange for a third party inspection like several respected international agencies like Bureau Veritas.

5.How do I know I can trust you and pay you in advance 100%?

There is our company registration number on our Company Profile page. With this registration number, you can confirm both our address and the fact that we are a legally registered and a legitimate company.

6.Where is the source of used vehicles?

All vehicles are sourced from Auto Auctions and through franchise dealers & wholesalers in and around the central region of Japan.

7.Do you export LHD (Left Handle Drive) vehicles?

All Japanese makes are RHD in Japan. But we can offer you some European and American LHD vehicles. Left Hand Drive Steering Japanese Cars are not available in Japan. Most are private imports. Chances of finding LHD car in Japan are low. There are a few left hand drive cars imported from US or Europe, but are difficult to find.

8.Can you find a left hand drive for me?

The chance of finding such cars in Japan is very small because there are no left hand drive cars in Japan. However, we have arranged left hand drive vehicles due to the big demand from our foreign customers. There are many foreign made LHD vehicles in Japan, available for purchase and export. Japanese-made LHD are not as common and have usually been imported from some other country (for example the US).

9.Can I get the Invitation Letter for visa purposes?

Yes! We do give invitation letter to our existing customers who have remitted payment and in reference to the vehicle we can issue a letter for visa purposes. We send invitation letters only to the customers that have had substantial purchase record with us for the last years. If you have no previous purchase history with our company, we can not send you an invitation letter unless you place an order for the cars in advance which will be used for buying cars in the future.

10.How can you assure me that I will get excatly the same condition as specified?

We will provide you with actual condition, provided to us by Auction Houses.

11.How do I know about the condition of the cars?

The condition of the vehicles is indicated by the grading in the lists.

PAYMENT

1.Do you accept Credit Cards or cheques?

Sorry, we do not accept payment by credit card or cheque. Currently, we accept payment only by T/T. For more details, please check our How to buy page.

2.Do you deal with foreign currencies?

We accept British pound (GBP), American dollar (USD), Euro and Japanese Yen.
(You can pay the price of the items in your preferred currency.)

3.Do you accept L/C(letter of credit)?

We accept all payment via bank wire transfer (T/T) only, at the moment. So please make wire transfer to our bank account. However, a letter of credit will only be granted for purchases exceeding ¥3,000,000 per car. We would like to have telegraphic transfer remittance in advance before the shipment.

4.What is your bank account info?

We will inform you of our bank account information during the purchasing process.

5.How can I see the prices in my currency?

You can convert Japanese Yen to other currencies at this currency converter.

SHIPPING

1.What is the FOB, C&F, CIF price?

FOB is the price of the vehicle at the shipping port of Japan.
C&F price =The freight is prepaid without marine insurance.
CIF. is the total price to prepare the car for export including freight and marine insurance.
(C.I.F. = Cost Including Freight), this is not strict 100% cost. Because international currency rate is exchanging everyday, moreover, some countries occur unexpected expense, BAF, War risk, and so on. If you can't accept this things, please don't start purchase process.

2.What is included in FOB?

This price is included Transport charge to the port of Yokohama and Handling charge for Export Shipping. （Japanese custom clearance, other legal fees） and our commission.
Not included Freight charge.

3.Are there any hidden fees?

No, all fees are included in FOB.

4.What is the freight to my port?

See freight list. If your port is not listed, please contact us.

5.How much is the shipping charge?

We will inform you of the shipping charges in our quotation.

6.How fast can you ship my Japanese car?

We can start arranging the shipment next day upon receipt of your payment. Ocean shipment will depend on the destination where you want to ship your Japanese car and may vary if it falls under any unforeseen issue.

7.How long dose it take to receive the vehicle?

It may take about 3 to 5 weeks after vehicle leaves Japanese port. The transportation time is very depending on the destination. We use best shipping company for desitnation port as per service.

8.Would you give me ship schedule information?

Please click on the sites of the shipping companies. Please refer useful link(shipping companies).

9. When is the next ship to my port?

We have very good working relationship with many shipping lines; please write to us to know the next ship available to your port.

10.Why isn't my country/port in the shipping list?

There are countries where we don't export because of various reasons like the steering wheel on the other side, no ships available to the port etc.,

11.What kind of documents should I receive?

Once the vessel carrying your vehicle is departed from our port, we will receive the shipping documents from the shipping company in Japan. Then, all necessary documents will be sent to the address mentioned in your order form or address you requested for. Please insure to inform us of the postal address and contact numbers prior to the shipment. We will send the following documents:Bill of Lading, Invoice, Export Certification ,Invoice, Other required documents in your local custom. You will receive these documents by Express Mail.

12.Do you ship in containers, too?

Yes.

13.How many cars fit in one container?

Four regular size containers fit in one 40 HC container and 2 cars in one 20 HC container.

14.How long dose it take from Japan?

Depends on the shipping schedule released by the Shipping Companies.

15.How will I come to know the shipment date of my vehicle?

When your vehicle has been booked for shipment, our shipping department will create a shipping notification that will be sent to you via e-mail or fax indicating the estimated time of departure (ETD) and estimated time of arrival (ETA).

16.When and what kind of documents should I receive?

We will send you following documents by courier when the vessel has departed.
1. B/L (Bill of Lading)
2. Export Certification
3. Invoice
4. Other required documents in your local custom

17.In case we want imported cars more faster than RO/RO boat?

We can arrange "Ocean Container Shipment". The merit of Container shipment is "Easy to get the booking", and "Available for most of the ports in each country". The de-merit of Container shipment is more expensive than RO/RO shipping cost. If you are a professional importer, buyer, and your priority is "Fast shipment", let us know. We can arrange any style of Container shipment in Japan for you. **All container shipping cost must be paid before booking.

18.What is "Ro/Ro" ?

A shortening of the term, "Roll On/Roll Off." A method of ocean cargo service using a vessel with ramps which allows wheeled vehicles to be loaded and discharged without cranes.

INSURANCE

1. Can I insure my shipment?

Insurance is not included in the cost of shipping, but if you inform us of your wish to insure your shipment during the order process, we can get insurance for you at an extra charge.

2. What type of insurance do you make while shipping?

We do not make any special insurance other than the one provided by the shipping company.
If you need to insure your consignment with any special insurance policies, you need to talk to us in advance.
